The swimlanes on our board have disappeared. It is based on Stories. I have even compared board settings to other teamboards who still have their swimlanes showing and everything is the same. The stories still have their subtasks attached. Only columns are visible.
Welcome to the Community!!
Here are the Troubleshooting tips :-
If you are using the Scrum board, the sprint should be active in order for issues to appear on the board.
Let me know. Sending the screenshot of the board configuration will help us to troubleshoot the issue!!
Thanks,
Pramodh
FYI
The filters for the team-managed projects are followed by the "Group By" option.
Along with that, check the board settings for column mapping.

Seems like you are in Company managed project!
Could you please share the board settings page for the General and Swimlanes option?
Please check the filter is defined as
project = project-key ORDER BY Rank Asc
Thanks

Obviously, it's because your filter contains
issuetype! = sub-task
the above should be removed

Hi @Stephanie Rebelo you are using scrum company managed in that you are working in sprint so if you want to group the story issue by swimlanes you need to navigate through the board setting .
Thanks !!

Hi Rishav,
I have done that and the Swimlanes setting are correct. I have compared our board settings with other teams and it all looks the same but for some reason our swimlanes are now gone this morning, they were still showing fine on Friday.

Hi Rishav,
I know I am not board admin but am still trying to troubleshoot why our board has lost its swimlanes over the weekend.

I observed the same. The issue is that I had removed issue type "sub-task" from our board query last week. I added back the "sub-task" issue type to the query and the status then displayed.

Indeed a filter query issue, our team admin had inadvertently made changes to the scrum board query in creating another dashboard.
