We've recently transferred our Jira Server instance to Jira Cloud. We use Tempo for timesheets. All of the time has come across from our Jira Server instance, but Tempo doesn't seem to be picking up all of the logged time.
Is there any way to force Tempo to sync with the logged time on the issues?
Hey Russ.
Tempo automatically syncs worklogs and issues upon installation thereby allowing you to see the worklogs.
In rare cases, especially in relation to server-cloud migrations this process is delayed or even fails.
I've taken the liberty of rerunning the job but since I don't know which tenant you belong to I can't be sure it ran for your tenant.
Please reply here if your data isn't visible now or reach out to our support at tempo.io
Looks like all of our worklogs from issues are showing in Tempo timesheets now. Many thanks!

This seems to be consistent issue with tempo when you migrate from server to cloud . With no support available over weekend its painful.
