In My one of the project system Environment field is marking as Mandatory field,how to check

Go to Project settings > Fields where you will find that project's field configuration scheme. You'll see each field and their optional/required settings.

You should keep in mind that this field configuration scheme might be shared among other projects. So if you change it, other projects might be affected in the same manner.

It is important to note that the type of Project is also relevant. If it is a next-gen project, mandatory fields are not available at present. This option is currently available only in Classic Projects.
