Hi all,

I have created some planning related to issues of a project that I deleted afterward.

Now I still have the plans connected to the users, but I cannot delete or modify them. If I try I get this error:

  • No project could be found with id '52994'.

How can I delete them?

Hi @Luca Andreatta ,

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6.

Information about the version of Tempo you are using might be helpful.

In case you are using a version earlier than Tempo Planner 5.2, an update might resolve this problem as a fix for this was released in this Tempo Planner version.

Best regards,

Hi,

we solved the problem changing the value of scope_ID in the table AO_2D3BEA_PLAN_ALLOCATION to a value of a plan that didn’t have that problem.

Then we deleted the wrong plans from the web interface as usual.

Speaking directly to the customer support they have warned me that modifying the database is dangerous, so pay attention to what you are doing.

Also, this problem has been fixed and should not happen if you are using the last version of Tempo.
