TM4J Excel Export and Import functions - anyone having issues with not working?

As of last Friday, the Excel import function has been disabled, and now the Excel EXPORT function is also not working.   I can find no way to report this to SmartBear/TM4J or Adaptavist/TM4J - anyone know whether this Excel function was completely REMOVED?  Or a way to report issues with the TM4J plug-in for Jira?

The TM4J service desk has moved as noted on our portal homepage. Adaptavist no longer handles support for this.
