Table Grid Next Generation Clears on a Transition Screen with Required Fields

I have a table grid on a transition screen with some required fields. If data is added to the table without entering a required field and the screen accepted, the screen refreshes saying a required field is missing but the new data that was just entered on the table disappears. Is there a way to avoid the data disappearing in this case?

I have a Table Grid on a transition screen that has many required fields.

If I entered data on the table grid on that transition and forget to fill one of the other required fields (The "Step/Png File Created" for instance in the photo) and enter "Ready for Review' to enter the changes, the screen refreshes and tells me that I need to fill the required field ("Step/Png File Created") that I missed, but the data I entered in the table disappears. It is a problem if I entered many new items in the table and have to entered them all again.
