Tasks List Display In Confluence

I have set up a task page to show my open tasks in Confluence for both Confluence and Jira tasks

For my Jira tasks I created a JQL query and it displays the tasks correctly but I want to adjust the info that is displayed.

I added Epic Name to the list as I would like to see that but it does not display?

Also I would like to re-order the headers but I dont see a way to do that without deleting and then retyping in order the dispplay options as they dont drag and re-arrange?

@Capps

Epic Name is specific to Epic issue type and it'll not show in the tasks under the Epic.

In may type to use Epic Link if you want to see the parent Epic for each task in the list.

Thanks, I tried Epic Link already, that doesn't show anything either.

@Capps

We are aware of a new bug: CONFCLOUD-69102 related to this. Epic Link field in Jira issue macro doesn't show if the user profile language is set to languages other than English.

Can you check your profile language settings and see if it's set as other than English?

@Capps

That's strange! It should work for English UK.

The issues listed in the macro are from next-gen projects? I tested it in my site and it's working fine when I use JQL to pull the tickets created from a classic Jira project. But, it doesn't work for Next-gen projects.

If you are using Next-gen projects, please use Parent field instead of Epic Link in the macro.

Thanks, I am using Next Gen projects.

Adding Parent just displays the code, not the Epic Name, so that is not useful and the Parent Link is blank:

Also back to my original question, is there an easy way to re-order the headings?

@Capps ,

You are right, adding Parent just displays the parent key, but not the Epic Name.

The headings are displayed in the same order they are added in the display options.

But, it's not possible to re-order them once added. We need to remove the columns and add them one by one in the order we need.
