Hi there!
At the moment, my team works with a team-managed project. The EPICs and the issues can be all be found on the timeline, but unfortunately they don't show in the board.
At the moment, the issues are:
- assigned to a person
- status: is open, in progress or done
- all EPIC's have child issues connected through an automation
Is there a special setting too getting the issues on the board? Thank you for the help! If screenshots are needed, I will supply them asap.
Are you able to look at the board's settings? What is the filter for the board bringing in? Is the filter shared out to you?
If I go to "Project settings" and afterward to the board menu, I can open the following options:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
In the Column and statuses section, does it show any of the statuses having issues?
Is there a custom filter setup?

@Tim Perrault Doesn't seem like it. It acctually see's the different issues and EPICs but they don't show on the board. There aren't any custom filters set yet.

Did you start a sprint yet or in the Features section of the project's settings do you have sprints turned on?

The Sprints Feature is turned off atm. But there are sprints already planned in the backlog, but I did it manually.

@Tim Perrault I cannot manually create an issue from the board. I don't have the option anywhere visible.

@Tim Perrault I just checked, I do have a custom filter set. But it's just for an own created dropdown to filter the person in charge. But this shouldn't have any interference with the board?

@Yannick CejkaI think I see the problem. Go to the projects settings and look under features. It looks like from that last screenshot Backlog and Sprints are enabled. Could you check to see if they are enabled?

@Tim Perrault Timeline, Backlog, Board and Sprints are activated. Reports, Issue navigotr and estimation are not activated. Btw: thank you for your help.

@Yannick Cejka Awesome, so with sprints enabled, you will have to create a sprint to have your issues show up on the board.
You could turn the sprint feature off, but I'm assuming you will eventually use sprints.

Adding to this...
With the Sprints feature enabled the board will show only issues that are in Active Sprints.
It won't show issue that are in the Backlog nor issues that are in Planned Sprints that have not been started.

@Tim Perrault & @Trudy Claspill Update:
We don't really need to work with sprints with our projects, but do want to have the feature in the future. We opened sprints for the issues and set them infinite.
