Team member suddeny unable to access Jira

We've been using Jira for years, both internally and for clients. But suddenly today a team member can not access Jira. She can access BitBucket. I (admin) can switch user to her Jira account and all is well. But she gets nothing except a timeout. She is in not based in US. Any ideas?
