Teams automatically assigned to issues not related

My team members on portfolio are automatically assigned with issues not related. I have a team for art and even do I mark them as art, theme art and releases the system automatically assigns them issues that in a beginning where mark as programming even with an assignee. So I have to come back to the scope change them again to their ordinary team and assignee and commit the wrong issues. this changes but a few days later its all messed up again. Is it a bug? Is it a configure setting?

I'm having the same issue and the documentation suggested above does not address it.  How does portfolio calculate which team members work on a story? I have my stories assigned to devs already and portfolio did not use what I had setup in JIRA.
