Teams tab in Advanced Roadmaps not updating when issue sources are updated. I created a plan with 2 teams and then updated the issues sources to reflect 2 more teams but the Team tab does not reflect the additional teams I have added. The Roadmap View does reflect the additional team information. Can someone explain to me where I may be missing something? or is this a bug in Advanced Roadmaps for Data Center?
Identify an issue source project, board, or filter doesn't change the plans teams. You need to either add an existing shared team or create a plan specific team on the teams page. If you added the teams from the issue, the plan team field would show an EXT next to the team name indicating it was an external team to the plan. The Team needs to be added on the Team page and then the EXT will go away indicating that the team is part of the plans teams.
Thanks for responding. Let me say it this way. I created a plan and added two JIRA software projects. When I went to the teams tab I see 2 teams listed that match the projects I initially entered. Then I realized that I needed to add another JIRA software project so I went to the configure and edit my issues sources to add the additional Jira software project. When I went back to the teams tabs the additional projects (teams) are not showing up. So I guess my question is why did the 2 "projects" I added initially show up in the teams tab if adding issue sources does not effect what's on the teams tab? Sorry if this is not clear but I am so confused by this. I understand that new teams can be created but I don't get why the initial projects showed up as teams in the teams tab. Thanks!

I'm still learning roadmaps myself. One thing to consider is had you added the Team field to the project issue screen and actually populated the team value before you created the plan with the two projects. On the third project, was the team field populated for the third team? Perhaps if the issue team field has a value it automatically loads the team?

The Team field is not being used in the software projects I added. Yeah, I am still learning Advanced Roadmaps too and my project teams have lots of good questions. Thanks for trying to help me.
