Where should I go if my team is receiving duplicate e-mail notifications about tickets?

@Bobby Darian in the user management section, see the groups that a user belongs.

@Bobby Darian You should check the notification scheme associated to your project to check if it is duplicated or just different event as usual.

So one of the notification settings read "Group (IT Team)" how can I see who is in the IT Team group?
