Hi,
Will it possible to create a Script to have template in JIRA.
If yes can you please share the Script
As of now Template option is not available in JIRa
There are some good plugins that solve your problem, for example: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211044/issue-templates-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
If you don’t want to spend money, you can do it with improvised / free solutions. Such a solution will not be beautiful and will require ongoing support. You can do it using jsincluder (by writing a javascript script) or the standard announcment banner(js too).

This is not a template, this is a simple issue create screen. You need that to create an issue, and it's already there.
Could you explain what you think a "template" might do?
(If it's about pre-filling fields, be aware that the best thing to do is remove the fields - if you're pre-filling them, you probably don't need them, and you've over-complexified your process!)

Yes, i am aware it is Create screen.
What i am looking is when i select the specific Issue Type, The template option should appear and it allows me to select the template which i want and template should contain same fields shown in Create screen and all the field partially updated ..I m going to reuse those templates several time in future

You'll need apps to do that. See what @Lady Di responded a few minutes ago.
