Hi all,
I'm wondering whether there's a way to enforce the Tempo workload scheme policy at all?
For example, we have two workload schemes - full-time and part-time employees. I need to make sure that the system won't allow the user to submit the time sheet for approval unless they have logged enough hours in it (40 for full-time, 20 for part-time).
At the moment it only shows how many hours are missing at the submission pop-up, but the user still can submit an incomplete time sheet.
Thanks in advance.
Vlad
Hi @Vlad Vasylevskyi ,
This is currently the expected behavior. Users can submit their Timesheet even if they have logged less than the required hours. There might be reasons why they did not log all hours that are required from them and to allow this flexibility, submitting the unfinished Timesheet is possible.
You can create a feature request for this in our Tempo Ideas portal, https://ideas.tempo.io/ .
Best regards,

I noticed I have to enter 40 hours to view the submit button on my Timesheet. I have a couple of users that submitted their timesheets with less than 40 hours. Do you know why some users need 40 hours, while others might not? I'm not assigned tickets all my time goes to Internal time. I was wondering if this could be the issue for me.

I noticed if users are logging time to a ticket from Jira and they go into Tempo timesheets they see the submit timesheet button immediately. I only log time in Tempo and it usually Internal time. I have to log 40 hours for the submit button to appear. I read an article it has something to do with Jira timesheet but I'm not sure if this is the way the system is suppose to work.
