I am the global JIRA Admin for our cloud instance AND I have all permissions as Tempo team lead
BUT I can't submit my own timesheet and since this period my co-workers can't submit their timesheets because of the following error:
I think, this is a bug. How to solve this issue?
Here is a snippet from one of the teams in my instance
Hello Shawn,
I face the same issue with Tempo. We have added the groups as members and has all active members in these groups. I have timesheet approver rights along with other few leads. However, while submitting the timesheets the team members encounter the same error - You have no one that can approve your timesheet. Either you have not been added to a team, or you are the only person with approve timesheets permission in the teams you are in.
The members were able to submit the timesheets a week back..I am not sure what went wrong. Can you help?

Based on your screen shot above it looks like the Team has no members, and you are set as the lead

Hey @Shawn Masters, thanks a lot for your reply and your screenshot. In the overview all team mates were members, but not in permissions.
Reason: All people were added as members, but without joining date. For some reason it worked till today.
Thanks, issue is solved!

The error message really says it all. Apparently, you are not the team lead (noone is). Manage your team. See https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO076/Manage+Teams

Thanks for your reply @Danyal Iqbal but I am Team Lead. To prevent answers like this I posted the screenshot from permissions overview. The answer of @Shawn Masters solved the issue.
