Tempo addon stopped working

Hi, Tempo app suddenly stopped working. Could  you provide me  any information?

I checked twice if  I have  right login identity etc. 

Could you fix it in ASAP? We have a problem with reporting hours.

In my browser I get only this message:

Something's gone wrong
Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.
