Tempo move planned time to logged using web api

Hi, 

Is it possible to change planned time to logged time in Tempo using API calls, like it is possible through UI ?
I tried adding new worklog entry with the same parameters as planned time, but it creates new entry and doesn't update the existing one.

Hi Melanie,

Planned times are not changed to worklogs in Tempo UI when you log time from them. It actually creates a worklog using the information from the planned time and does not alter it.

that's right.
I also want to create a work log using the information from the plan.
is it possible without going through the UI?

Hi Melanie,

If you are referring a single REST API call to create a worklog based on a plan, it is not possible.

The workaround would be making a REST API call to retrieve the plan and another REST API to create the worklog using the information from the previous call.
