hi
We have several custom fields in Text Field (multi-line) and it worked well until TODAY, I mean we could write several lines during Jira creation.
But since today, when I CREATE a new JIRA, my custom fields in Text Field (multi-line) do not allow me to insert several lines but only one.
The workaround I found, is to SAVE my Jira, come back and edit my multi-line field to be able to correctly add my lines.
What happened??
I also found that there is no more Text Field (multi-line) but a Paragraph (support rich text) but the behavior is the same, I CANNOT add several lines on my custom field.
Hello all,
the bug is still on.
The Workaround I received that works are :
Hi @Carolina SILVA ,
This is interesting that you post this. I noticed a post just yesterday that was similar, claiming that they could not enter a carriage return in a multi line text field, whereas they could previously. I have not tested my instance as yet but will try to do so. I'm thinking this might be something that needs to be reported to Atlassian support. If you choose to do so and get a response please post here.

@Jack Brickey I raised also a case to the support. OF course I'll share their response when I could test.
thanks again for your help (not the 1st time you answer to me :-) )
