This message is showing up and not able to connect to marketplace. How to connect to atlassian marketplace?
@Avi Nash , I have a couple of questions for you:
Are you going directly from a new browser window or from the "Manage Apps" or Find New Apps" section of the Administration page?
Here is a direct link to the Marketplace, can you please verify this is or is not working for you?
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
Are you getting an error message? If so, please paste it here and let us know what browser you are using.

Are you going from one of the options "manage add-ons," "purchase add-ons," and "find new add-ons?"

What happens if you click this link?
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
Here is why I ask...
If you can get to the marketplace by using the link above, then the problem is with the connection between Jira and the outside world. Most likely that would be caused by an outbound proxy or some other layer between your Jira instance and the Internet. Here is more information on that:
But...If you can't get to it with that link you may be running into a block on the site from your company.

It sounds like there is a proxy or some other layer between your instance and the outside internet. There is good information on how to fix that here:
