Hi,
We have company managed project, and the tasks were created in the backlog, and some of them already marked as done. Once I have started the sprint the tasks marked as done have dissapeared from our Kanban board!
Where should I find them and how to return them on kanban board in done column?
Best regards,
Marzhan
I'm a bit confused here. You talk about the start of a sprint (i.e. a scrum board) but then ask how to return them on the kanban board?
Are you using 2 boards?
Hi Dave,
I am using one board.
We have jira software board, with different views and we ususally use Kanban board for the team to track on the status of issues.
But for the PM we use back log view. See the view:
The problem is that firstly we created all issues in backlog, and secondly we have activated the sprint. But some issues have dissapeared from the kanban board.
How I can return them back, so they are seen on the kanban board as done?
Thanks,
Marzhan

A kanban board does not have an active sprint.
A kanban board can have a sub-filter, so check the filter and sub-filter of your kanban board.
In a kanban board, you also have the option to hide completed issues older than ...

Thank you, Dave!
Unfortunately, I don't have in my general settings this type of custom field to edit the "Hide completedIssues older than".

Marzhan

Thats' because you're using a scrum board, not a kanban board.
Can you share a (larger) screenshot of your columns settings?

It is interesting that on active sprint I have 25 issues in "Done" column
But in settings I see that we have completed 68 tasks:
