For some reason, all the links that are appearing in one instance doesn't appear in other instance. All this is happening with just one instance and it used to display all the links before. All the custom links suddenly disappeared without any configuration changes.
Is this a bug with Jira Cloud? or it has to do with some configuration settings?
Unfortunately cannot reach out to Atlassian support team as this is on a free plan.

Hello @Lava Kumar Dukanam _Appfire_,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I can check on the history of your site that it was on the Standard plan and it was downgraded to Free.
When did this issue start?
I see that yesterday Jira Service Desk and Confluence was deactivated, may I know if there was any other change regarding add-ons?
You mentioned that it appears on one instance and doesn't appear on the other one, are both using the same integrations and Plans?
Regards,
Angélica
Thanks very much for your response.
This issue is happening since Tuesday (22/09)
This instance worked fine and suddenly all the links in the profile section disappeared.

The below ones are the new instances where it doesn't display links in the profile section. (We created these to troubleshoot the above mentioned behavior)

The below instances work fine

https://lavadev3.atlassian.net/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa
https://lavadev4.atlassian.net/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa
Is there any reason only some instances work differently even though they have the same plan and configurations?
Let me know if you need more information
Thanks
Lava

Thank you for the details, @Lava Kumar Dukanam _Appfire_.
I can see that many add-ons were deactivated on September 23, that's the reason why it was not showing on the profile menu anymore:
The links on the profile menu depend on the development of each add-on, not all will show on the profile. Also, this is not linked to the profile, but to the site. With this said, you need to make sure to install the same add-ons on all Jira sites.
