I can't open the project, all rights have been granted to me. But the project itself is not displayed. and he writes that "The project does not exist or you do not have rights to view it."

Hi @Rustem Nygmet 

This likely means you don't have permission to access the Project - something hasn't been granted correctly.

Are you a Product Admin trying to give yourself access?

• If yes, let us know so we can provide more specific instructions
  • Also, is this a Team-managed or Company-managed Project?
• If no, I'd contact the Project Admin and ask them to double-check your permissions

Yes, I was granted all the rights. Yesterday, the project was visible and opened, and I could interact with it. I am not the owner of the project, but I am a participant in this project.

I assume the Project still exists - it hasn't been deleted?

If it is still active, something has changed or it'd still be visible - can you ask the Project Admin to check?

Deleting a Project deletes it for everyone.

A Product/Jira Admin can recover it though. They need to...

• Go to Settings (cog icon in top-right) > Projects
• Select Trash from the left-hand menu
• Locate the relevant Project
• Then, press the breadcrumbs (...) on the right-hand side of the Project's row - and select Restore

Product/Jira Admin is the creator of the project or is it a special administrator of the entire atlassian.jira?

They're an Admin of the entire instance.

Assuming this is a Team-managed Project, non-Admin users can be granted the right to create these. But restoring from the trash is not available to those users.
