I can't reproduce this error.
I have tested it on multiple instances and different views and projects.
Even used different browsers, but it's all ok.

No issues on my side, not even depended on how much info there is on the description field.
Restart your browser, as it is mentioning it needs to finish updating and try again. See top right cornenr.
