The ticket status and swimlanes do not match?

The project board has been setup as a Software project type. I'm trying to change the ticket statuses as they dont match with the column title. Please see screenshots below:

Hello,

Go to board settings -> columns and map required statuses to required columns. You can also rename column names to make them look like your statuses.
