Hi @malika.raupova ,

As per the documentation you shouldn't the app will be shown as "Free Trial" in the sandbox if it is paid on the linked Production site. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-sandboxes/#For-apps-with-a-paid-subscription-on-a-linked-production-environment

If in case the behavior differs from the one mentioned in the documentation, you may have to get in touch with the Add-on's support channel to raise this as an issue.

Navigate to the Apps page in the Marketplace, switch to the "Support" options there, adding an example image below
