In the Columns of a Kanban board in Jira Cloud, I have a status appearing called "done for now" which I want to delete.
The problem is that it does not existing in the Statuses page in the admin page.
It does not exist when is search status = "done for now"
Where is this coming from?
Hello @LynnG
Can you provide a screen image of the column where you see this status? Is it a column in a board? Is it output in filter results or a report?
If you have Team Managed projects in your instance the Status value may be from one of them. The Status values added to Team Managed project workflows are local to that project, and not included in the list of Statuses that you see at

Hello @Trudy Claspill
Thank you for your speedy reply.
You can see in the screenshot above, in the Completed column "Done this Week" status.
I don't know where these are coming from.

Hello LynnG,
The status is being included because it is part of a workflow for a project/issue type that is included within the scope of your board.
Can you show us the JQL for the filter for your board? That would be on the General page of the board configuration details.
