There is any documentation for add profile details in hover

i tried to add additional information in for user name hover window, a am not able to find proper documentation in jira.

There does not appear to be any clear documentation on customizing the hover profiles within Jira.   It might be possible to do via the modification of a vm template or by altering the source code, but I have not been able to find a clear guide on this.

Alternatively, there do appear to be plugins that already exist that can do this.   User Profiles for Jira is one of these.  Additionally it appears that InTENSO's Active Directory Attributes Sync 2 can also allow you to show more information in this hover profile view.
