This site can’t provide a secure connection

So i have Jira installed on an EC2 instance, and i want it to use https instead of http. i created a self signed certificate using keytool and openssl and then used the ./config.sh script in Jira to use the certificate that i created but why can't i use https still?

Did i miss something maybe a config file where i should edit some lines? or anything else?

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

i get the error the second i try to https to the server's url. the http site works fine but not the https!
