Tickets Auto Assign

I need to do auto assign the tickets, when it arrives in triage. We have 3 rotational shift peoples. Each shift we have 2 members , So when ticket arrives in Triage it should auto assign 2 members in shift . How it is possible ? Please advise here.

You could create three shift groups and add the appropriate members to each group. Then you could set up an automation that would trigger on issue creation and use an IF/Else condition that checks the time of day and as an assignment of the issue and either a round robin or workload manner. Hi @Sampath

You could use the auto assign automation with round robin explained in this post and for every shift you just need to changed the defined list manually before the shift starts. Additionally, I would like ask any possible solution for rotational shift tickets assignment , pending tickets etc....
Scenario. : 
We are working 3 different shifts. If first shift is ended, pending tickets in first shift, not able to handle it due to  work load in second shift person &  can't be handled with first shift pending tickets, updates.  So here in what way to suggest , to address all the tickets in 3 shifts. Is there any special assignment in jira to handle.
Please suggest and advise
