I am using my first kanban board in a free account as an administrator. We started to work 16 days ago and since yesterday tickets from each column (nor only in "done") disappear from the board-view and the list-view. I only have access to all tickets by using the link "occurrences" in the navigation.
It seems, that the tickets disappear after a time, but i can see no pattern or rule. To bring the ticket back to the board i have to open it, change the status and save it. By only changing the description or add a comment, there is no effect.
I read a lot in the community, that this could be a feature, but only in "done", not in every column. There is no "board setting" in the ...-menu in my setting (teams-based, Kanban)
So, sorry for this kind of a starter-question, but is this a feature or a bug and can i change this setting?
Attached a blurred view of my board, so that you can see may setting and product.
Thanks a lot for help!
Sascha
I believe the filter being used in your board is the problem. In my "Filter for the <Project> board" I removed the filter item pointing to the "updated date".
Thanks @lintek214 - that ist possible. But where do i find these configuration options? By using the three dots top right i have no setting option, also not in the filter menu and i can't find it in the project setting?

I see my board settings by: (must be board admin which I can see since I'm using the free cloud version)
1. Click on the project
2. Click on the board for the project (drop list on the left)
3. Click the three dots on the right > Board settings
4. Scroll a bit and you will see the Filter setting

Hey @lintek214 thank you so much for your support. But for whatever reasons the navigation in my case is different and i cannot follow your steps. I created the board 3 weeks ago, maybe new users hav less options - i don't know ;-(
Please find attached some screenshots of my configuration. I don't want to waste your time, but can you also do some screenshots, so that i can compare the settings and see the differences?

No, obviously not. I never had that view. And tried to create some more board (scrum, Kansan, team-based, company-based) - nothing like that. I guess they changed that for new users.

I'm using the company-based template Scrum projects. No idea how team-based projects handle this. With all that said, the original reason you posted on most likely has to do with making sure the board filter is configured without the date parameters. Do you see board filters in your "view all filters" drop list?

Ok, i just created a scrum-company-based project and board, to have similar settings. These are my views.
