Good Morning!

Im new here, im using jira service management with 1 free license and i get some doubts, its possible filter my email and get only subjects with [Suport] - +(Question) to open a Ticket?

Not really. At least not directly in JSM. You could consider three options:

  • use your mail client to filter and the only forward those you wish to JSM
  • use Automation to close any issue created that does not match your filter 
  • consider an addon app like JEMH to process all incoming emails instead of JSM itself
