Tickets under the selected for dev status doesn't appears on kanban board

My column settings are perfect but couldn't see the ticket in JIRA

Hi @Sriram Prabu 

welcome to the community and thanks for your question. 

The status card says that there are no issues in status "selected for development" so this might be the reason why the don't show up.

If you are having issues in that specific status, you might want to check if they are excluded in the board filter. Maybe they only exist in a workflow for a specific issue type, which could be excluded in your board filter.
