Time Reports addon is not accessible

Daniel Baskakov July 30, 2020

Hi,

I get "Something gone wrong" message when accessing Time Reports page: https://mycompany.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/timereports/timereports.

http://timereports.github.io/atlassian-connect.json is accessible from the browser.

What should I do to identify the root cause?

(Possibly my provider blocks some addresses.)

Hi Daniel,

Please make sure you can access http://timereports.primetimesheet.net/atlassian-connect.json, add-on moved recently.

 Thank you.

Yep, it is easily accessible from the browser.

It’s fine, if it is white blank page, otherwise please check it with your network administrator.

Finally I've succeeded with a proxy that avoids provider blocks, thank you.
But it's curious that http://timereports.primetimesheet.net/atlassian-connect.json is accessible both ways, but https://timereports.primetimesheet.net/timereports.html with proxy only.
