Time in Status

Martin Kronstrom May 22, 2018

Hi All,

We are looking for time in status for Jira Cloud.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211756/time-in-status?hosting=server&tab=overview

Are there any alternatives we can use?

Regards,

martin

We introduced eazyBI, and managed to pull all reports needed.

Although Better PDF Exporter is a generic document exporter app for Jira Cloud, there is a default template that generates a bunch of KPI's and charts for "Time in Status" reports.

It can be customized, you can use it to report on the changes of pretty much any issue field!

Sample:

As one of the alternative tool for getting data about time in status, I want to add our application Time in Status for Jira Cloud by SaaSJet.

The add-on automatically calculate:

- Time in status - automatically determines for how long your issues had been staying in each status.

- Assignee Time - shows time that a particular assignee was assigned to each issue

- Average Time - calculates average time that issues spent in status

- Status Entrance Date - saves the date when each issue entered to each of the statuses at first.

- Status and Transition Count - calculates how many times an issue has been in each status and how many times an issue went from status to status

- Time in status per Date - sums the time a task was in each status at a particular date

Moreover, there are features that allow you to export data and view all reports as charts.

Hello @Martin Kronstrom ,

We recently released the cloud version of Time in Status by OBSS that has all the goodies the server version has.

Please feel free to give it a try and do not hesitate to get back to us if you have any questions.

Best regards,

And if you are working with Agile boards then you can use CFD charts in cloud jira to identify bottlenecks in your development process - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/cumulative-flow-diagram-777002689.html

And control chart as well

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/control-chart-777002660.html

The Control Chart shows the Cycle Time (or Lead Time) for your product, version, or sprint. It takes the time spent by each issue in a particular status (or statuses), and maps it over a specified period of time. The average, rolling average, and standard deviation for this data are shown.
