Time to next support step

Hello, 

I'm facing a problem where clock time to next support step is counting time incorrectly:

In workflow post function it's described, that this clock should restart counting the time, but it does not:

SLA of this clock:

Any ideas where to check would help. Thanks in advance

When an SLA is met and then restarted it should restart automatically.  If you look at the screenshot you shared there are checkboxes each time it is met and restarted.  What happens if you remove the Divieti pieces from the workflow, does it reset properly then?

Thank you for a reply. I would like to add that other issues of the same project use same workflows but are counted correctly.
