Timesheets by Tempo - Problems with the author of the tasks

Colectivo Verbena March 11, 2023

When I do a task from the explorer, even though I have it assigned, it appears as Author “Tempo Timesheets”.

Is there a way to see the real author of the task and the time spent from the browser?

When I register the tempo task on my mobile, it is assigned to the user.

I like the view that Jira gives and I would not like to have to enter the Tempo Rest API

Hi @Colectivo Verbena , Welcome to the Community!

Here's where you should be able to see the time spent and author from the issue view. If you hover over the profile photo, you can see the author.

Timesheets by Tempo has a glance within the issue view for worklogs to preserve data privacy (see more explanation here). If you still don't see, then we should adjust permissions.

Thanks for your answer,

But I can't see it there, this is what I see:

Personally I prefer this view more and I would like to know if I could see it from here:

As you can see in the view of pie chart the author is always Tempo.

However, if I add it from my mobile I have no problem and as you can see in the pie chart view and in the people registration section you can see the person
