I can suggest 2 apps built by my team for capacity planning and worklog reporting.
The app allows to track time spent by resources with multiple filters / category / grouping features.
The app allows to store the capacity for individual users and save as templates. which can be mapped to a sprint to track the allocation and remaining time per user. Do try it out.
Disclaimer : I am part of the team which developed these apps
Tempo isn't an Atlassian proudct. Like all the other timesheet apps in the marketplace, it is a 3rd party app, developed by a marketplace vendor.
There are a lot of marketplace apps similar to tempo. As a vendor, I want to recommend our own app, WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira. Although most timesheet apps have similar functionality, they may be different than the one you are currently using. Most of the time, apps store the worklogs inside Jira's own worklog api so, all of your previous worklogs should be available in the new application. You can easily install and try any app for free and choose the one which suits more to your requirements.

Hello @Deniz Oğuz - Starware , hope you are doing well.
Your answer helps me . I would explore WorklogPRO app.
I understand both are different apps : workpro is made by atlassian and temp timesheet is made by 3rd party.
I would really want to hear from you on two more questions
Ques 1: How easy is the integration or there is a plugin if I chose tempo timesheet? and if i choose workpro , it would be available in atlassian marketplace and ready to use or some integration is required?
Quest 2: In terms of resource and capacity planning i was looking at Planner by tempo again , do you have any other recommendation for the same ? or can any one app does both Timesheet and resource and capacity planning?

Sorry for misunderstanding, WorklogPRO is also a 3rd party app. There is no official timesheet app by Atlassian. If you are planning to use other apps by Tempo, it is better to stick with their timesheet app due to easier integration.

Hi there @Sanshia Wadhwa, I can recommend Timesheet Builder. It's a really intuitive tool to use and allows you as a user to track time directly in the ticket with a timer function. And for admins, they can easily manage teams. You can even add custom worklog attributes like billable, overtime, travel time and more.

hey @Patricia Modispacher _appanvil_ , thank you so much , that helps
one more suggestion i would need does timesheet builder or Tempo timesheets also does the job what a planner app by tempo does ? do you have any idea on planner app ? An alternative to it or may be a solution that has features of both planner and timesheet

You're welcome, @Sanshia Wadhwa :)
It depends here what kind of planner you're looking for. There's a built-in capacity planning for admins in Timesheet Builder.
It differs from Tempo Planner.
Maybe it's best to schedule a free demo?

Hello @Sanshia Wadhwa
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Define "better".
What functionality do you need that you don't have in Tempo Timesheets?

Hello Trudy , hope you are doing well.
Better in terms of Price effective if any alternative is there.
I haven't used it personally, but reading reviews online i see a lot of positive reviews, i am sure it works great but in terms of support provided while using product , control over the application-level settings, etc
Also as it is created by tempo , is it like an app within JIRA? easy integration is there for any one to do if they are already using JIRA?

You can install multiple timesheet apps in parallel and test them side by side. From my experience, I can say that a worklog registered using one of them will be visible in the other app. But you may need to configure add-on specific features differently. For example, worklog attributes and teams.
