Transition Popups No Longer Show When Transitioning Via Detailed View

We have a project where on each transition, there is a popup screen so the user can input a date.

On DC 8.22 when we enlarge an issue and click one of the workflow buttons, the same transition pops up.

We have upgraded to DC 9.11.3 and have noticed the workflow in the detailed view is now a blue dropdown. Upon pressing the next status in the workflow, the transition no longer pops up.

However, on the kanban board view, it does. Is there a change we need to make to ensure the popup also shows on the detailed view? This is causing data to be inaccurate.

Hi @Daniel Block 

that sounds like a bug. I am assuming you are testing with one and the same issue (or at least issues in the same project) in all views?

This is a bit like "switch it off and on", but have you performed a ReIndex after the Upgrade? Sometimes that works wonders.

Hi, turns out it was user error, they have confirmed it does pop up!
