Hello.
Im not able to see some trasitions in issues.
I see this error on my catalina.out
[c.a.jira.workflow.IssueWorkflowManagerImpl] State of issue [SID-2468] has an action [id=601] which cannot be found in the workflow descriptor.
and this is what i see i integrity checker
I tried to some of the workaround mentioned in this link (at this moment i dont have access to database, so i can not perform the update)
the workaround suggested are working on a single issue.
But my problem is that every issue created that uses the "infected wf" has problem with the transitions.
So the solution of moving the issue to another issuetype, or changing the workflow ecc, may not be the best solution, since every issue is "infected".
I also tried to re-createfrom scratch the workflow with same statuses, but the problem is not getting solved.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you
The problem was that one of our post-function scripts (done by Scriptrunner).
In this script we where changing the issue type and workflow of an issue, based on some conditions.
In this script I did not change the name of the Workflow, so it was working on an old Workflow (and that is the reason why I had errors on transitions)
Dear Negin, hi!
Check conditions for transitons you can not see.
