Transition tab does not show all transitions

We noticed that the transitions logged on the Transitions tab DOESN'T show ALL the transitions that took place during the lifecycle of the issue.

In the attached image, there were other transitions between dates 05/July and 16/October, but NONE is exhibited in this log!

BUT, if we look for such transitions inside the History tab, we can easily notice that THERE WERE, indeed, transitions between these two days, but they are not shown on Transitions tab.

Hi @Antônio Duarte  - In my experience, Jira only displays the last instance that an issue moved into the corresponding status. So, if if you allow issues to move into and out of the same status (we don't in our organization) then you will be missing Transitions in this view.

You might be better getting one of the Chrome Extensions that display this info or an add-on such as Nave.

Hi, @John Funk ,

You are right. That is exactly what is missed: some "self-transitions". They are used to collect some "extra daily auditing info" that takes place using the Automation app and they always take place at the dawn, when no one is working on issues.

Thanks for your cooperation!

Greetings.

Antonio.
