I am trying to integrate confluence with jira, 

When i try to link it from confluence, Its asking for following details as Attached in the Image.

My Jira have reverse proxy implemented but for confluence reverse proxy was not done. 

 

Please help me in linking Jira to Confluence.

This should be recognized as a Jira Application type.

Your Confluence server ist running using localhost:8099 as base url. Change this to a public IP/URL. Otherwise the Jira server will not be able to contact your Confluence server. If the Confluence server recognizes a Jira server URL will not be asked for service provider, etc.

Make sure both servers see each other correctly & everything will be fine.
