Trying to transfer data from Production to Sandbox Environment

I was provided the link below to move data from production to our sandbox so that we can do further testing; however, I do not see the option to select "Actions" and I do not see the sandbox environment under this list for Jira Software but we do have one setup... Any ideas on how to do this replication or to fix why we do not see the fields in the steps below?

Hi @Kristine Gemici 

The screenshot you have attached is where you choose your organization. After you choose your organization, you'll see an overview page where you can select Products from the top navigation. There is an image on the documentation page underneath the instructions. I've highlighted the Products navigation item in the attached image. Let me know if you need any further help.

Hi @Kristine Gemici,

The sandbox is a feature of the premium and enterprise plans. Maybe your Jira Software plan is not one of those? If so, that is probably the reason.

If your Jira Software IS a premium or enterprise plan, than I would recommend you to reach out directly to Atlassian support through https://support.atlassian.com/contact.

Thanks Walter!! The issue was related with the comment above... I was just in the wrong area.. Thanks for the follow up!
