I do not want or need some additional thing slowing down my browser yet more than the system already does.
Also, if that is not possible (and it should be  - there are requests for your AI integrations to be user opt IN going back years now), then my follow up question is:
This is a script that I just do not want running on my browser AT ALL as all it adds is an additional thing to process, I will never need to utilise it.
It also actively makes working harder as my GUI should not be popping up stuff every time the cursor moves / does something.

And, yes, I am aware of this:
You cannot turn off the Atlassian Rovo, you can turn off the AI apps that are included in your site. You need to be an organization admin for that.
Well then when you say 'you can turn off the AI apps...' I believe that there is a chance that it might be better to say 'an admin can turn off the AI apps...' because I very clearly cannot.

That just puts a positive spin on a 'you cannot do this...' ... sorry to say. :weary:
Either way, it does not matter what my organisation wants ... >> I << do not want it.
Atlassian knows that an organisation will not bother with any of this information munching nonsense, and if peons like me say anything then our admins will get annoyed that they have to do something that they likely don't care (and perhaps didn't even know) about.

Sorry you feel this way. But we as Atlassian champions who are there to help users out to solve their problems. Unfortunately, this is something that we can impact directly. The best option for you would be to write to Atlassian.

Yeah, it's a shame, as I cannot accept your answer as it is (for the unfortunate propagandist response which invalidates it) but would have, otherwise.

I would disagree that this is propaganda, it is just how it is. I also agree with what you are saying, but this is something that I cannot have a direct impact on.

Whilst I appreciate that you disagree that it is 'propaganda' ... my phraseology was not saying that it was ... I was using it specifically with the term unfortunate previous to it.
This was to indicate that whether you meant it or not, the text has that 'unfortunate' end result.
Either way ... hope that you have a good life, and I'll continue to wait for an answer on this whether that is forethcoming or not ... much like getting them to stop curling my single and double quotes.
