Two Jira Account , two entity , two work teams.

Hi , 

I have question about how to manage one project with two teams that are from diferent's entity´s both of them have a Jira account.

The problem is we need change beetween account A and B to see our assign task , another problem we can´t measure the workload from each user . 

Remark , the information about Jira is quite confused.

Hi Lumitio,

If I understand your problem correctly, you have a single project in Jira, but you have two different teams that work in that project. And maybe you have two different boards so that all of the issues are not seen at one time.

Is that correct?

Yes that is the problem, in this case the project is on the Jira from our costumer .

How can we have full view on Lumitio Jira , about the project/sprints.

Oh, they are in two different instances of Jira? One is your customer's Jira and you want to see it in your Jira? 

If that is the case, I don't think you can do that without exporting the customer's issues and importing them into yours. But even then they would not stay in sync.

The only other option that I can think of is for the customer to give you access to their Jira.
