URL to create a Jira Cloud issue?

Is there a way to create a Jira issue using a URL the URL is planned to be published on the company SharePoint website and will be used to create particular issue type in a selected project.

companyname.atlassian.net/secure/CreateUssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=10062&issuetype=10299

and

companyname.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10062&issuetype=10299

Both didn't work

what are my options?

Hmm, I just tried it with mine with no problem. Maybe open a new browser session? 

By the way, I used the second example above because that is the one for Cloud.
