Hi Community!
I try to used the add-on "Slack for Jira Server" in my Jira (v7.10.2) but when I go to Integrations, I cant integrate it....What can be the problem?
We have enabled the conexion to slack with Confluence and with our dev-jira.
Thank you!!
I guess it might be netowork connection or some server setting that is blocking the connection.. Did you have a change to look at the logs? Are you sure that same ports are open on all machines? Could you check if you can reach internet from the server - it might be blocked.
Thank you for answer @Mirek ,
I made ping from the server to slack and works OK, so....when I use the developer tools of chrome, I see a 400 error.

Hmm.. Are you using a proxy? Do you use SSL connection? Basically I would like to focus also on differences between servers that have this problem and not.. so are you able to compare settings on all of them? Basically are those servers having same OS, location and other elements? In addition what version of Jira are you using?

Hi,
I'm pretty sure that your firewall / proxy is breaking up the SSL/TLS traffic. Are you using a reverse proxy in front of Jira or is Jira listening to port 80/443 by itself?

Thank you all for your answers!!!
We can fix the problem. Just compare both server and check that all SSL are the sames. We have some differents between both server.
Thank you!
