Unable to Delete the issues in jira

I suspect a bug in the Oracle database driver you have.  What version of Jira do you have?

We are using Jira 7.6 Version. We performed Alignment of UAT server with Prod and restored the Prod data to UAT. 

I checked the JDBC driver of Prod and UAT server and both are same. 

Any thoughts ?
