Hi Shivani,

If you are looking for Automation For Jira for Server, it is an add-on that you need to install from the Marketplace. There is a free Lite version and a paid Pro version.

I use cloud and admin > system is where I find it. I looked at the documentation for server to verify it’s in the same place but I didn’t find anything on this. Are you able to access automation at the project level? Assuming so is there a link at the top labeled global administration? If so give it a try.

Hi @Jack Brickey ,

I don't have automation rule feature ,I checked it in my JIRA software server. Also I at project level I am unable to access automation rule. Please guide me if there is any other way so that I can access automation rules.

Thanks in advance.

Oh ok so I had assumed from your post that you had installed automation for Jira. While cloud offers this built-in, server still has it as an add-on. So the reason you don’t see it is because you have not installed it. Simple enough.
