Unable to access/click hyperlink under Custom Field- Link showing as text unlike Hyperlink.

Please suggest how to enable this option.

Hello All,

We found the issue related to global settings in Jira instance. Issue resolved after changing the status "Enable HTML in field descriptions and list item values" value set to ON.

After upgrade settings went to default ie., "Enable HTML in field descriptions and list item values "= OFF

What's the field type that you're using? URL?
