Unable to assign the ticket to particular user

We are unable to assign the user vishnu.vardhan@nextiva.com on the POPs change ticket created. He has all the required access to access this ticket. We are getting this below error please check.

Welcome to the community @Banu Priya 

Could you check two things:

  • Project settings > Permissions > Assignable user permission - which roles do have this permission?
  • Does this user have the Jira Service Management agent license?

Yes its a license issue, we are able to assign to the user now. Thanks
